Disciplinary Findings
In accordance with PAM By-Law #1 Sec 44(1), the following disciplinary actions are published in order to fulfill PAM’s mandate of public protection and to engage in ongoing education of its registrants, as to expectations around professional conduct. The disciplinary findings on the following pages reflect publishable actions taken with respect to PAM registrants in recent years. Please also note that all reprimands have been reported to the disciplinary data bank of the Association of State and Provincial Psychology Boards (ASPPB). ASPPB will make this information available to other licensing boards or regulatory colleges upon request if the particular psychologist applies for admission to another jurisdiction.
